Congratulations to our 2nd-grade teacher, Michelle Sierra!! She was one of the teachers who was awarded February Teacher of the Month by the RIROE. We are blessed to have her here at Grace teaching our students.
4th grade created a collage of their summer memories. They were inspired by the story, Me and Uncle Romie, from their reading series.
Congratulations to the 6th grade Future Pioneers on an excellent season! They finished 25-3 with 2-Second Place finishes, and a Championship. Way to go!!
First grade is ready for the leprechauns! They made their own traps. We are looking forward to seeing what (or who) they catch!
3rd grade is comparing how far their 4 different objects move. They will discuss why some objects moved farther than others. What would happen if they did this exact activity on a smooth surface? They will take this information to continue talking about position, distance, motion, and speed.
As a school, we are collecting the following items for the zoo: newspaper, paper towel tubes, cereal/tissue boxes, phone books, and egg cartons (cardboard only). We would love your help! Please send to the school office by March 10.

Our 1st-grade student of the week for March 6 is Marcos. He likes to play Minecraft, play with his sisters, and help his mom. When he grows up he wants to be a policeman!
Students in grades 5-8 painted prayer rocks for the St. Anne Parish welcoming committee on Sunday after the March Grace Mass. The prayer rocks will be given to new parish members.
What a great first season these girls had! A special thank you goes out to their coaches Katie & Mike Brooks!

Get down to Cleary Hall tomorrow morning as Our Lady of Grace hosts the 5th/6th-grade girls' basketball conference tournament. Tournament play begins at 8 am. Our team have their 1st game at 10 am.
