Grace Families,

The end of the year nears, and we begin our ramp up to Summer Break.  It has been quite a year as we all came together to Grow with Grace.  May this final week be a blessing of fellowship and learning as we send our 8th graders on to high school, remembering the times when they were young and all of the learning that has brought them to this point.  We are grateful for the opportunity to teach each one of your students, and enriched for getting to watch them bloom and grow.

As we head into the final week, we ask all of you to continue your prayers of support and health for all of us here at Grace, we pray that this week get to be a final one filled with wisdom, friendship and fun. Grace is the place, indeed.

SEEKING MORE ADULT VOLUNTEERS FOR FIELD DAY

Thank you to those who have already volunteered! We need 2 more adult volunteers for the morning (8:30-11am) shift and 5 more for the afternoon (12-2:30pm) slots. We will provide lots of fun, easy-to-run stations, and a cookout lunch on Wednesday May 24th if you can be there to help supervise.

Illness

Please remember that a student needs to be 24 hours symptom free without the use of medicines (other than antibiotics) before they can return to school, especially in the cases of fever or vomiting. This will help slow the spread of the germs, and keep our students and staff healthy and in school for the remainder of the year. This also means if your child goes home for the day due to communicable illness, they cannot return to school the next day.

Tuition/Registration

There are a few families who have begun registration but have a few clicks left to complete it.  A friendly reminder that our registration fee is based on when the registration is COMPLETE, and it goes up again on June 1st.

Financial Aid/Scholarships We are working on Round 1 of financial aid this week. ONLY families who have applied for ALL external scholarships for which they are eligible (including Empower, Kremer and Spalding as applicable) by April 28th will be considered for “in house” financial assistance. You will also need to be current on your tuition for this year no later than June 1st, 2023 to keep financial aid that you are awarded.
