In Technology class, the 5th & 6th graders have been using the Problem Solving Process to create their own apps to solve a problem they believed to be important to their community. This week, they presented their ideas to their classmates.

Preschool learned about Jesus washing His apostles' feet. Sr. Stefanie painted their feet, washed them, and talked about the importance of the meaning of this which matches our school moto: Enter to learn; Exit to serve.

Luna is our First Grade Student of the Week for the week of April 3. She likes to play, sing, and dance. When she grows up, she wants to be a dancer.
Our preschoolers are learning about Holy Week. Today, they talked about Palm Sunday and welcomed Jesus to their classroom.
Our 2nd graders are excited to participate in Junior Achievement sessions with our JA volunteer, Mrs. Betzle! Last week we learned about goods and services. We split up into teams to make pizzas! When the teams finished, our quality control inspector came around to count how many pizzas were complete. Then, we graphed the results and added up how much money each team earned. We are looking forward to the next session!
This week, the first grade learned about the weather from a student's parents!
Congratulations to our Technology teacher, Stephanie Punkiewicz!! She was one of the teachers who was awarded March Teacher of the Month by the RIROE. We are blessed to have her here at Grace teaching our students.

How truly blessed we are that we are able to attend Mass together as a school family every week, including our sweet Preschoolers! Thank you to their 5th & 6th-grade "buddies" for sitting with them as shining examples of Jesus' love.

The seventh graders wrapped up their study of the Civil War today with a presentation by Civil War re-enactor and Grace parent, Mike DeSplinter. Mr. DeSplinter offered a great hands-on experience that the students really enjoyed.
